My best friend got married!!!
September 8, 2018
*With full respect for the official photographer, I only captured moments of Lizzie’s big day before their arrival. Because who needs someone cramping on your style!*
With that being said. I am still so honored to have stood next to the now Mr. & Mrs. Dornon! Everything about that day was breath-taking. From the stunning bride, venue, baked goods, and catering. It was a dream come true. We had just enough time to capture bridal party pictures before the rain started and we had to head inside. It was amazing to see so many friends and family gather for Elizabeth and Grant. I think I only cried once during the ceremony! There were bets placed… I did NOT cry during my speech(That surprised myself!) and I lost my big toe nail the next day. What can I say…I love to dance!
Shady Elms Farm is so beautiful! Placed perfectly within the valleys of Pennsylvania, it’s quaint charm and scenic views, make it the perfect rustic wedding venue. Not to forget they have everything covered! Seriously, the easiest wedding planning I’ve ever been apart of.
I want to relive that day again as much as my son Alex does. I’ve never seen a little man dance that much!
I wish Lizzy and Grant the happiest of love and fortune as they continue on to their next chapter in life! Congratulations to the newlyweds!! I hope you enjoyed your day as much as everyone else!

Where do I even begin? Well, I can say this all began about a year ago. My first wedding. My first jump into what I love doing. My first, of many, learning experiences.
Flash forward a year and here we are again! Duska and her sisters, Milana and Alyssa agreed to meet me out at The Cleveland Museum of Art, to do a little revamp of what I truly wanted to create for them originally. Look at how beautiful they are! Faith (LooksbyFaith) came out to do their makeup and girl, can she work some magic! They look and felt like goddesses!!
I can not wait to continue to deliver this excitement to all my future brides! It truly was another day to remember!

Hudson and Wesley are officially TWO!!! They are the cutest handful of energy ever! Plus they have hair goals woman wish they had. Meeting up with the Dickerhoof family is always a joy, but this time we met at Everett Covered Bridge. Such a beautiful spot to capture a beautiful family. The boys got to skip rocks with mommy and daddy, read their book together(Little blue truck is their favorite!), and made new memories together! We even found the big green toad!!
Show me your “Maui Muscles”!!
Singing you are my sunshine all evening.
Hugs and kisses for this little man! When you love music, trains, and getting down and dirty, where else would you go!? Downtown Hartville has THE BEST location for all these things. Just add suspenders and you have the ultimate cuteness package!
What's better than the Zoar historical gardens, cotton candy, and adorable cousins!? Nothing. It's been a hot summer and these two were troopers to say the least. What an honor it's been to capture every step of the way with little Kenton. From before his loving parents met him for the first time to his first birthday!! Happy first Kenton and Future happy first to his little cousin, Finn!
Side note: Those hibiscus’s are flipping ginormous!
What a beautiful bride and handsome groom on what could not have been a better August day! Here are just a few of my favorites from that day. Congratulations to the two of you! From your engagement pictures to your wedding day, I'm so thankful you asked me to capture it all. Here's to many more!
How crazy is it that four years ago, the chances of these two meeting were one in a million. Love was definitely in the air! During my own weddings cocktail hour, these two met for the first time. Paul being a good friend of my husbands and Sam being a friend of the family, their eyes met, the doves were released, the chimes sung loud…and all else was history! JUST KIDDING! the last part at least?! I hope you see doves fly and chimes sing on your own day! Love will be in the air for sure!
Don't worry guys..I'm still out of breath too! Maria KILLED IT! What started out as an awkward intro in the fitting room at T.J. Maxx (she walked out in this dress..I couldn't help but want to take her picture!) turned into such an amazing session! I hope she had as much fun as I did. It looks like she enjoyed that night and looked beyond STUNNING! Enjoy the extra touch of a real life bird eating from her hands! Just kidding! Although the finches usually will eat seed from your hands, this particular night they chose not to! So I decided to fix that.
During one the hottest days of the year so far, we decided to just go with it. The Davis’s and I met up at Indigo Lake and Ira Trailhead to capture the most dreamiest of all maternity sessions ever! Gina and Eric, you are going to be amazing parents! So many new adventures to experience together and truly make your bond stronger! Baby Elliot is going to be so loved!
FAMILY GOALS! Look at how adorable these boys are, let alone how much joy you can see they bring to their parents. It's been 20 years since I've been to the Canton Garden Center and 5+ since I worked with Caitlin! She looks like a garden goddess!! Time flies and her family is the sweetest most photogenic family ever! It was so wonderful meeting up with the Cheatwoods. Thank you for coming out in this crazy summer heat!
You don’t need a ticket to see some of the best baseball in the world, you just need to drive one of the players to the game! What an absolute joy it was to capture The Indians little league game. Brought back great memories of kicking up dirt and hitting those grand slams! It doesn’t get much easier to dress for the game does it!? #GOTRIBE!!
This little fisherman was all smiles for his lake side birthday session! Happy FIRST Birthday Ryker. Try to not get lost in those eyes!! *I couldn't narrow down my favorites*
I can not wait for their wedding this September! Bringing Bailey and Lily out for this session was a great idea. They are their fur babies, so why not! I adore all of you.

Just look at the way they look at each other. Miles away, it'll never keep them apart. I loved meeting up with Nichole and Nick! What an amazing location!!

On a quaint little horse farm, we found ourselves surrounded by beauty. My mother and I took a weekend to ourselves to step away from the usual. Sleeping Bear Dunes, Wineries galore, and stunning views. It truly is Pure Michigan. 17 wine tours later and enough cherries to last…a week(Cherries are my favorite!), it was hard to pack up and travel back home! I even had the chance to capture a beautiful ceremony 400 feet up on sand dunes and a bachelorette party celebrating their bride! Thank you to our Air-bnb hostess and all the wonderful people who brought joy to our trip!
Places to visit if you ever find yourselves up in Glen Arbor:

Cherry Republic (Cherry EVERYTHING!)
Village Cheese Shanty (Get the North Shore!)

How do you like your coffee?
Here's to the future Mr. & Mrs. Walsh!! I was so excited when they reached out to join them for a cozy cafe session. They couldn't look any more dashing! So glad we had the chance to share a table at the Mulcahy wedding.
I owe a lot to these two. They were my first ever session! First ever engagement and WEDDING! I look forward to all your future firsts as well.

I went to school with Shana, and when she reached out to have me capture her new chapter in life…I was thrilled! If you’re ever in need of some fresh eggs, chicken, or veggies, make sure you check out Angel Family Farms!
I had a blast capturing these "three" down on Angel Family Farms. The pure love and joy these two have for their future son is hard to miss. They made my job easy!
I absolutely LOVE everything about this session with the Frank family! Thank you so much for having me out and capturing such sweet moments with all of you! Felicity is one lucky sister to have Jimmy as a big brother and such loving parents.
I was so excited when Julie agreed to having me help update her portfolio.(Mine included) What a great honor from a beautiful woman! I can't wait to continue watching you killing it in everything you pursue. Every woman should learn from you! Confidence is in your eyes girl!!
"For a man to conquer himself is the first and noblest of all victories."-Plato
No words can describe how proud I am of this guy right here! My little brother, yet I still look up to him. The man he's turning into couldn't be any more perfect.
Tuesday night I witnessed one of the most touching moments. I captured the delivery of Emery Lynn. I witnessed life being brought into this crazy world. As we heard those first cries, everyone in the room was overwhelmed with love and pure joy! She has the sweetest little everything's. I can't thank the Habruns enough for bringing me in to capture the (at the time) unknown. I will never forget this experience. Every moment, witnessing from the other side of labor to seeing the bond these two have with each other, was so touching. To the doctors and nurses who do this as a living, thank you. Thank you for bringing life into this world. Thank you for all the sleepless nights you go through. I can't wait to go through and share them with you all!

I was so excited to get the phone call from Taylor asking me to meet them out at Virginia Kendall Lake for a family session! Not only was it the Garlesky family, but her in-laws joined us too. The Rogers family and the Garlesky Grand-parents! Everything about this group was great. They knew how to work it!! Thank you again for reaching out.. Loved capturing your family! Ohana♥
GAAHH!!! Look at how flipping adorable! I am so beyond grateful the Hartmans contacted me again for a family session. You guys are awesome!!
In all seriousness. As cold as it was that day and how short of a visit it was with these two...I had a blast! The Thompson's are one of the most humble couple, like ever. Happy 4 year Anniversary! I hope you got your Swenson's afterward.
I can't wait the Dickerhoofs to receive the rest of their album! I had so much fun capturing their twins and all the little smiles. Thank you for joining me for an early spring session!
Four is better than two! You sometimes forget who lives beside you, unless you have neighbors like this family. It's been a long road to get to where they are now but all I can say is WOW! How lucky these two are for having such a loving and supportive family. You can feel the love radiating through the courtroom. So many emotions.
"Just when you think you know LOVE, something little comes along to remind you just how big IT really is."
She has the sweetest little ears, sweetest little nose, with the sweetest little coo's. The world welcomed Felicity Jane this morning and I had the utmost pleasure of capturing the first look! Big brother to little sister that is! I love how Jimmy's expression shows how our hearts felt during this moment. Thank you so much to the Frank family for inviting me!
My heart might just burst! Graysons reaction to meeting his little sister was so precious and Rylee's little pinch only on her left ear, is adorable! I love how this session just came together so well, it really tells a story you can feel. Ugh, and that smile he has every time he looks at her!
Sweet. Handsome. Calm. Beyond adorable! 8.21.17
Holy moly, me oh my, you're the apple of my eye!
Let the fall festivities begin!! This was Alex's first trip to the orchard. He was beyond happy when he realized he could pick his favorite fruit!! Thank you Elizabeth for helping capture my favorite moments with Alex by far!
I never knew how much I loved your daddy until I saw how much he loved you.
Where do I begin? Alexander is the best gift we could have ever received. He is our EVERYTHING.
